What is the Focus Journal?
The Focus Journal is a 90-day system that combines daily planning, habit tracking, fitness logging and mindset exercises in one A5, 256-page notebook.
What makes PrimeFlow different from other planners?
Most products cover either productivity or mindset. PrimeFlow unites both—plus training logs—so ambitious men can organise work, fitness and personal growth without juggling multiple books.
How long does one journal last?
Each journal is designed for exactly 90 days (around three months). Many customers grab the Yearly Bundle (4 journals) so they’re covered for a full year and save money.
Is the paper fountain-pen friendly?
Yes. We use 100 gsm premium, acid-free paper that resists bleeding with most fountain, gel and rollerball inks.
Shipping & Returns FAQs
How long does shipping take?
Germany: 1-3 business days • EU: 3-7 days • Rest of world: 7-14 days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes – shipping is free on orders over €50 (e.g. two journals or the Yearly Bundle).
What is your return policy?
Try the Focus Journal for 30 days. If it’s not for you, send it back in resaleable condition for a full refund—no questions asked.

Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted at checkout.
Can I use the FOCUS15 discount code with other offers?
FOCUS15 is for first-time customers and can't be stacked with other promo codes or bundle discounts.
Can I change or cancel my order?
