We ship every order from our German warehouse with reliable tracked services. All prices below include tracking & handling. Spend € 50 or more (≈ two journals) and shipping is free—no code needed.

Dispatch Speed
Orders placed by 14:00 CET (Mon–Fri) ship the same day; all others leave the next business day. A tracking link lands in your inbox as soon as the parcel is scanned.

- Germany: 1 – 3 business days
- Rest of EU / Switzerland: 3 – 7 business days
- UK / Norway: 4 – 8 business days

Tracking & Issues
All shipments include tracking. If your parcel shows no movement for 7 days, e-mail us and we’ll launch a carrier trace. Confirmed-lost shipments are replaced or refunded—your choice.
