We ship every order from our German warehouse with reliable tracked services. We offer currently free shipping world wide - this might change in future.

Estimated Transit Times

• Germany: 1 – 3 business days
• Rest of EU / Switzerland: 3 – 7 business days
• UK / Norway: 4 – 8 business days
• USA / Canada: 5 – 10 business days
• Rest of World: 7 – 14 business days

Tracking & Issues

All shipments include tracking. If your parcel shows no movement for 7 days, e-mail us and we’ll launch a carrier trace. Confirmed-lost shipments are replaced or refunded—your choice.
