Refund & Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the delivery date to send any unused PrimeFlow journal back to us for a refund.

Eligibility Checklist

  • Item is unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging.
  • Return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • You cover return shipping costs (tracked service recommended).

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@primeflowjournal.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply within one business day with a Return Authorisation Number and the warehouse address.
  3. Pack the journal securely and write the RA Number on the parcel. Ship it with a tracked service of your choice.

Inspection & Refunds

Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 3 business days. If it meets the unused criteria, we refund the product price to your original payment method. Banks can take another 3–5 days to post the credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Item?

If your journal arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us photos within 48 hours. We’ll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
